RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS OF WroApart / Prince Witold Apartment's / Witold's Residence

Below are the booking terms and conditions for services offered by WroApart.

I. RESERVATIONS

  1. A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the deposit as specified in the email confirmation, or by card payment on booking.com. An additional refundable deposit is also required before check-in.
  2. Pets are allowed only with prior consent from WroApart. Pet fees are fixed at 100 PLN for stays up to 2 days and 150 PLN for stays over 2 days.
  3. Parking spaces in underground garages are available upon reservation and cost 50 to 60 PLN depending on the apartment’s location.
  4. Reservations can only be made by individuals over 18 years old, who must present valid identification upon check-in.
  5. Valid ID is required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

II. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

1.1. A refundable deposit of 500-1,000 PLN is required before the stay.
1.2. For reservations via Booking, the deposit is a fixed 500 PLN. By confirming a booking on Booking, the guest authorizes WroApart to charge the registered payment card.
1.3. For direct bookings made by phone or website, the deposit amount varies depending on the apartment and number of guests, as determined by the WroApart team, up to a maximum of 1,000 PLN.
1.4. The deposit is refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damage occurs and property rules are followed.
1.5. The deposit may be partially or fully withheld under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage (e.g., to furniture or appliances).
  • Excessive dirt in the apartment (e.g., stains on carpets or walls).
  • Failure to return keys.
  • Loss or damage to items (e.g., towels, dishes, bedding).
  • Unnotified late check-out (after 11:00 a.m.).
    1.6. In case of a deposit deduction, the guest will be notified of the reason and amount withheld within 7 days after check-out.

III. CANCELLATION AND BOOKING MODIFICATION

  1. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation.
  2. In the case of non-refundable bookings, the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations or modifications can be made via the link in the confirmation email or by contacting customer service. Cancellations made through the link are effective immediately, but deposits are non-refundable.
  4. Early departures or late arrivals will not result in a reduction in fees.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The person making the reservation is responsible for the accuracy of the details on the booking form.
  2. WroApart is not responsible for errors in date selection or other booking form details. For booking details adjustments, please contact customer service.
  3. Reservations can be made at www.wroapart.pl or by calling +48 519 800 940 / +48 786 990 404.
  4. Keys will be provided at the apartment or via a lockbox code at the door.
  5. Check-in is available until 11:00 p.m. Check-in starts from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is required before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in (from 1:00 p.m.) or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee (40 PLN).
  6. Accepted payment methods: cash (PLN, EUR, USD), online payments via Przelewy24, card payment on-site or online via Six Payment Services, bank transfer, or BLIK.

WroApart reserves the right to make changes to these rules. Booking constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined above.
